🖥️ How to play!
-
First thing first, you will need to some videos, images etc to show students for them to guess where it is. Watch the video to see how we do it!
-
Access the Teacher Dashboard and set the countries you want to visit and lock these in. Then invite students to join your session using the 5-digit Boarding Code displayed on your ATC Terminal. They’ll enter their passenger name and wait in the "Cruising" screen.
-
You announce the upcoming flight. If you need their undivided attention, hit the Signal Passengers (Look Up) button to flash a high-priority message on their devices.
-
Click Launch Flight. This locks the student screens into "Landing Imminent" mode and tells the game which city you are focusing on.
-
Show your 15-second video clip, image or clue of the mystery location. Students should be watching closely for landmarks, street signs, or climate cues.
-
Once the clip ends, click Open Terminal for Answers. Students now have a window to type in their guess (City or Country).
-
Once everyone has "Filed their Coordinates," click Reveal. Students will then get a score. Closest to the correct location = less points!
💡Teacher tips!
-
Keep an eye on the ATC Link dots on your leaderboard. If a dot turns red, that passenger has "jumped ship" (switched tabs or locked their phone). Call them out!
-
Use the 'Look Up' feature if you need to lock screens and talk to students.
